A Bit About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (#008468) located in Kingston, ON. I hold a Master of Education from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from Carleton University.

My passion lies in helping my clients address concerns that are leading them to feel stressed, overwhelmed, or “stuck”, in the interest of moving towards a more positive and hopeful future. I am experienced in working with a number of presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, traumatic stress, emotion-regulation issues, family dynamics, and life transitions. I offer an integrative approach to my therapeutic work, drawing from several evidence-based modalities including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Developmental-Attachment Theory, and Polyvagal Theory. I take a decidedly trauma-informed approach to my practice in a matter that aims to prioritize safety, collaboration, trust, choice, and empowerment for my clients at every step in their therapeutic journey. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, a specialized and evidence-based approach to working through

I am energetic, empathic, and provide a safe and non-judgmental space for self-exploration. I am presently accepting new clients and am offering virtual or in-office sessions.
